HASHDASHDOT

Terms of Service

Terms for using HashDashDot and its subscriptions.

Last updated: September 24, 2026

These terms take effect when first published on hashdashdot.app. Paid subscription provisions apply from the date paid subscriptions become available.

1. Operator and scope

HashDashDot is a journaling and productivity service operated by Moruna, a sole proprietor in South Korea. These terms apply to the web service and its desktop app. Contact support@hashdashdot.app for service questions.

2. Your account

You must be at least 19 years old and have reached the age of majority under the laws where you live to use HashDashDot, including its free and paid plans. You confirm that you meet these requirements when signing up or signing in. This is your declaration, not identity or age verification. If we learn that you do not meet these requirements, we may restrict access and arrange account closure. Any payment cancellation or refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

Use an email address you are authorized to access. Keep your email account and login session secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. An internet connection is required.

3. The service

The service includes daily notes, topic views, a monthly calendar, monthly tasks, and habit tracking. See Pricing for Free and Unlimited limits and prices. Unlimited refers to the document count; technical request-size and abuse-prevention limits still apply.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions have the same adult eligibility requirements as the service. A parent or guardian’s permission does not make a minor eligible to use HashDashDot.

When paid subscriptions are available, Unlimited costs US$3.99 per month including tax and renews monthly. There is no annual plan or free trial. Review the amount, currency, and renewal terms at checkout.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for payments; its Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction. Moruna provides HashDashDot and product support.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel in the Paddle customer portal before the next charge. A scheduled cancellation keeps Unlimited available until the paid period ends. Afterward, the free limit applies: existing entries remain readable, editable, and clearable, but new documents are restricted if you are over the limit. Cancellation is separate from a refund request.

6. Your content and acceptable use

You retain rights to your content. Moruna processes it only as needed to provide the service, including storage, synchronization, display, backups, and support you request. Do not infringe others’ rights, store or distribute unlawful content, access accounts without authorization, or disrupt the service.

7. Changes and ending use

Maintenance or incidents may interrupt availability. Keep a separate copy of important records. We may restrict access for serious misuse or security threats and, where possible, explain the reason and how to contact us. After any subscription has fully ended, request account deletion in Settings using a code sent to your account email. Access and MCP permissions are revoked immediately; your account and journal records are permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. You may verify your email and cancel deletion before the period ends. Account deletion does not itself cancel a subscription or request a refund.

8. Updates and your rights

We will notify you of material service, pricing, or terms changes before they take effect, through the service or email. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Please first contact support@hashdashdot.app about questions or disputes.
